What we had

As a unique selling proposition, we decide to add the ability to purchase cars on credit and also offer a single loan calculator in the product, since buyers often want to buy a car with partial payment

What I've done

I developed rough prototypes including a loan calculator and various element and banner designs for a new feature. Together with a researcher, I tested them in the car market. Using research data, I built a compressor and information architecture, then finalized and retested variants with users

What we've got

  • During the initial month of introducing the Credit info journey, from July 20 through August 20, over 5,000 individuals forwarded their loan requests

  • 5 large banks of Uzbekistan began to cooperate with us in the first month of the feature launch

I chose 4 applications with advertisements and selling cars on credit, as well as 2 popular banking applications in which Kazakhstanis pay for goods in installments every day. They assessed the entire flow, the pros and cons of all elements of the user interface.
